About Heartwell House

We strive to offer service users: freedom and choice, independence, and individual
person centred care. As soon as they join us, we’ll introduce your loved one to their dedicated carer. Service users are treated with kindness, dignity and respect and the experience of our qualified, approachable staff team, who speak many different cultural languages including Punjabi, Guajarati, Urdu, Marathi, Hindi, English, Malaysian and more. Continuous training and development is also available for staff to update their skills and knowledge so that we maintain the highest level of care for our residents.

Producing a Plan of Care

Once a dedicated carer has been introduced to you, you will have the opportunity in all situations to involve your loved one, in formulating a support plan, so they feel meaningfully engaged, listened to and receive the care that they want. We constantly encourage feedback from our customers to encourage transparency, build good relationships and have a consistent approach in providing good quality care outcomes.

There are no set meal times at Heartwell House. Instead, we give our service users the freedom to choose when they eat and what they eat. Vegetarian and halaal options are available, and we ensure that all dietary requirements are catered for.
