At Heartwell House we firmly believe that our service users' freedom and independence should be emphasised. We therefore make an effort to ensure that our service user experience the same level of comfort here as they would at home. We have an open-house policy as part of this. There are no scheduled meal times and no activities. Our team will assist the service user in pursuing their own interests and will offer supervision as needed.
