For more than 20 years, Heartwell House has provided invaluable mental health services. Based in Leicester, our caregivers provide expert care for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.

Emphasising Independence
At Heartwell House, we strongly believe in emphasising the independence and freedom of our service users. That’s why we work to make sure our service users feel as comfortable here as they would in their own home. As part of this, we operate an open-house policy. There are no set meal times and no mandatory activities. Service users are free to explore their own interests with the help of our staff, who will provide transport and supervision as necessary.
The happiness of our service users is dearly important to us. With this in mind, we work to maintain consistent links with family and friends for everybody’s peace of mind.
Accreditations / Membership
Heartwell House Is a member of East Midlands Care, this is a care home association to specifically represent care home providers in Leicester City, and Rutland . We have signed up to register with 'Social Care Commitments Quality People Quality Care' (The Social Care Commitment is the adult social care sector's promise to provide people who need care and support with high quality services.), 2016. During our last inspection, the assessor concluded.

Latest, Contracts and Assurance Framework through (Leicester City Council) scored overall 'Compliant', 2016. Also contract with 'Citation Professional Solution' for qualitative professional support in Human Resource and Health & Safety. Frequent assessments ensure that our service users continue to be cared for, to the highest standard.
